Welcome to IYH.AI! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the IYH.AI website and AI-powered trending style transformation services operated by IYH.AI Inc. ("us", "we", "our").

IYH.AI empowers creators to "Instantly access Your Hot-styles" through our AI-powered trend tracking and style transformation platform. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Service. By accessing or using IYH.AI, you agree to comply with these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

1. Account Registration & Creator Profile

To access IYH.AI's full trending features, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You may also be able to register or log in using third-party authentication services such as Google Sign-In (facilitated via Supabase). If you use such services, you agree to their terms and conditions in addition to ours. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, whether accessed directly or via a third party.

As a creator on our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
• Use the Service in compliance with our Community Guidelines
• Respect intellectual property rights of others
• Create content responsibly for social media platforms

2. AI Hot-Style Transformation Service

IYH.AI provides AI-powered trending style transformation services that allow you to instantly transform your photos using our constantly updated hot-style library. Our service includes:

• Real-time trending styles from global social media platforms
• Viral aesthetic transformations optimized for maximum engagement
• Meme and challenge-ready content creation
• Fandom hot-styles from gaming, anime, and pop culture
• Social media platform-specific optimizations
• Influencer-style professional content tools

Service Quality: While we strive to provide trending, viral-ready transformations, AI-generated results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, viral success, or that results will meet your social media engagement expectations.

3. Subscription Plans, Credits, and Payments

3.1. Overview of Plans

IYH.AI offers various subscription plans to cater to different creator needs, including a Free plan for trial purposes, and paid plans such as Basic and Premium, which provide enhanced features and more usage capacity. The specific features, limitations, and pricing for each plan are detailed on our Pricing page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3.2. Free Plan

Our Free plan typically includes a one-time allotment of 30 trial Credits, allowing you to experience our core style transformation features. Content generated under the Free plan may include a watermark, is licensed for personal use only, and is subject to standard generation speeds and download quality (SD). Generation history may be limited (e.g., last 10 images), and support is generally provided through community channels.

3.3. Paid Plans (Basic and Premium)

Our Basic and Premium plans are offered on a subscription basis, providing a larger monthly allotment of Credits (e.g., Basic: 1,000 Credits; Premium: 2,500 Credits) and access to enhanced features. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Removal of watermarks on generated content.
• Full commercial license for generated content.
• Access to all styles, with Premium users potentially receiving early access to new styles.
• Higher download quality (HD for Basic, HD+ for Premium).
• Priority generation speed for Premium users.
• Unlimited generation history for paid plans.
• Enhanced customer support (Email for Basic, Priority Email for Premium).

Specific features are subject to the details provided on our Pricing page at the time of your subscription.

3.4. Credits

Access to and use of certain features, particularly image generation, may require "Credits". The number of Credits provided depends on your chosen subscription plan. Credits are consumed when you generate images or use specific Credit-based features. Credits are typically valid for the duration of your active subscription period (e.g., monthly or annual) and may not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated in a specific offer or promotion. Unused Credits at the end of a subscription period or upon cancellation may be forfeited. We reserve the right to modify the Credit cost for features or services at any time.

3.5. Subscription Fees and Payment

By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as displayed on our Pricing page. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) according to your chosen subscription cycle. All payments are processed through a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). You must provide accurate and complete billing information.

Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the renewal term.

Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our subscription fees. Any fee changes will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle, and we will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any such changes.

3.6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support. Cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the paid features until the end of that period.

3.7. Refunds

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or as explicitly stated otherwise by us. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused Credits.

3.8. Plan Changes (Upgrades and Downgrades)

You may be able to upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan through your account settings. The terms of such changes, including any impact on billing and access to features or Credits, will be provided to you at the time of the change.

3.9. Fair Use

For features described as "unlimited" (e.g., generation history), we expect fair and reasonable use. We reserve the right to impose limits or investigate usage patterns that suggest abuse or place an unreasonable burden on our systems, in accordance with our Community Guidelines or other applicable policies.

4. Creator Content & Platform Usage

What You Upload: You retain ownership of all images you upload to IYH.AI. You grant us a limited license to process your images for trending style transformation purposes only.

Content Responsibilities: You represent that you have the right to upload and transform the images you submit. You agree not to upload:

• Images of people without their consent
• Copyrighted materials you don't own
• Inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Content that violates others' privacy or rights
• Content designed to spread misinformation or harmful trends

Viral-Ready Results: You own the transformed images created through our AI hot-style service. You're free to use them for personal, commercial, or social media purposes, subject to any original image rights, platform terms of service, and our Community Guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines & Prohibited Uses

IYH.AI fosters a positive creator community focused on authentic trend-setting. We prohibit:

• Creating deepfakes or misleading viral content without proper disclosure
• Harassment or targeting of individuals through viral content
• Generating content that promotes hate, violence, or harmful trends
• Circumventing our content safety and trend authenticity measures
• Using the service to create inauthentic viral campaigns
• Violating social media platform guidelines or terms of service

6. Data Privacy & Security

Your privacy is critical. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on data collection, use, and protection. We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

IYH.AI may integrate with or link to third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, payment processors). We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers & Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IYH.AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

IYH.AI provides trend transformation services "as is." We are not responsible for:

• The viral success or failure of your transformed content
• Changes in social media platform algorithms or policies
• Trend accuracy or duration of trending status
• Any damages resulting from use of our trending content
• Content moderation decisions by social media platforms

11. Intellectual Property & Trend Attribution

Our IP: IYH.AI owns the proprietary AI models, trend analysis algorithms, and platform technology.

Trend Attribution: Our hot-styles are inspired by public social media trends and cultural movements. We do not claim ownership of original trend concepts but own our AI interpretations and transformation methods.

12. Termination & Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms or Community Guidelines
• Creating harmful or misleading viral content
• Abuse of trending features or bulk processing tools
• Attempts to manipulate trend data or platform metrics

13. Changes to Terms

As social media trends and platform policies evolve, we may update these Terms. We'll notify users of significant changes via email or platform announcements.
